[Why hello citizens of Somarium~ Your ears are now being greeted to something which sounds like a girl screaming bloody murder. It stops after a moment which is then followed by deep breaths, indicating that whoever made this broadcast was trying to calm herself down.

?!! [well, that was a rather unexpected thing to see--after the feed cut off, he immediately moved to track that frequency to keep in touch with that girl]

[Okay, making this call was rather tricky. Being at a place that's really high up would mean it going to be very windy there. Shiki had trouble keeping her hair out of her face and keeping the skirt she was wearing from lifting up.

After some careful maneuvering, she tucked the front part of skirt between her legs, used one hand to hold her hair out of her face and finally called back using the hand that was free.]

[However the wind picked up slightly, taking the hair she was holding out of her hand; making it blow all over her face.]
