[The video clicks on to Shiki looking rather less than presentable. The disheveled hair and clothes, the dirt and grime that was smudged on her face, the way she was struggling to catch her breath. She had been fighting the noctare alone and she just found the opportunity to duck into an abandoned building and take a breather before going out again.

She had to know who else got trapped into this world like she did hence this broadcast. Shiki could only hope that her friends were safe back in Somarium]

H-hey, can anyone hear me?

[She takes a deep breath, trying in vain to keep her breathing calm.]

Um, Shiki here. I-I need to know how many of us got stuck here. [a beat, her tone becomes more urgent] I also need to know if... if you're safe.

[She brushes the hair out her face while trying to put on a brave face. Try as she might, she can't hide that wince she makes when she tries to shift in her seat.]

Please. Please I need to know.

[And the feed cuts.]

[She nervously peeks over, seeing a shadow on the floor of the building. Releasing that breath she was holding in when it passed by.]

I don't know where I am. I ducked into the first building I saw. And I just talked to Neku. He's here too.

[Okay, hushed tones, he can attempt to do that. He's... just not very good at it.]

Phones is here, too? [He lets out a rather loud groan.] Greeaaat. All we missin' now is for priss-ass to show is ugly mug.

[groan] Pretty quiet now. They came out of nowhere. It's kinda like the chain battles but ten times worse.
